5. Wrong Plan Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the wrong Subscription Plan, please contact Photon Weddifly Support before using the plan.
After verification by Photon Weddifly, the purchased subscription may be cancelled if it has not been used.

- No Bank Refund.
- No Cash Refund.
- No UPI Refund.
- No Credit Card Refund.
- No Debit Card Refund.
- Amount may be transferred to Photon Weddifly Wallet only.
- Wallet Credit is subject to Company Approval.

6. Photon Weddifly Wallet Policy

Photon Weddifly Wallet is a digital balance that can be used only for eligible purchases within Photon Weddifly.
Wallet Rules
- Wallet Balance cannot be withdrawn.
- Wallet Balance cannot be transferred.
- Wallet Balance cannot be converted into cash.
- Wallet Balance cannot be sent to another user.
- Wallet Balance has no cash value.
- Wallet Credit is valid only inside Photon Weddifly.
- Wallet Balance may only be used for approved services.
- Company reserves the right to reject Wallet Credit requests.

Photon Weddifly Wallet एक Digital Balance है, जिसका उपयोग केवल Photon Weddifly की सेवाओं के लिए किया जा सकता है।
- Wallet Balance Bank में Transfer नहीं होगा।

Wallet Cannot Be Used For

यदि आपके Wallet में ₹199 उपलब्ध हैं और Subscription ₹249 का है, तो आपको केवल ₹50 अतिरिक्त भुगतान करना होगा।
यदि Wallet Balance पर्याप्त है, तो अतिरिक्त भुगतान की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।
9. Duplicate Payment Policy

If the same payment is successfully charged more than once because of a verified technical issue, Photon Weddifly will review the transaction.

If approved, the duplicate amount may be credited to the Photon Weddifly Wallet. No Bank Refund will be issued.

10. Failed or Pending Transactions

Sometimes payments may remain Pending, Fail or Timeout due to banking network, UPI server, payment gateway, internet connectivity or technical issues.

If the payment amount has been deducted but your Subscription is not activated, please contact Photon Weddifly Support with your Transaction Details.

Photon Weddifly follows a strict Zero Fraud Policy. Any fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized payment activity may result in immediate account restriction or permanent suspension.

12. Chargeback Policy

Before raising any chargeback through your Bank, UPI App, Credit Card, Debit Card or Payment Gateway, you should first contact Photon Weddifly Support.
