Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to any physical products sold via Photon Weddifly. As a primarily digital SaaS platform, most of our services do not require shipping.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of confirmation.
• You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Time & Costs

• Domestic (India): 3-7 business days
• International orders may take 10-15 business days.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the status of your order from your account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

• If your package is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
• We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
