This Return Policy explains the terms under which our services and products can be returned or exchanged at Photon Weddifly.

Digital Services

As Photon Weddifly is a digital SaaS platform, most of our offerings are subscription-based and non-tangible. Returns for digital services follow the same conditions as our Refund Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are applicable only for physical products sold by Photon Weddifly (if any).
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital subscriptions and feature upgrades.
• Personalised or custom-made items.
• Promotional or discounted items unless defective.

Return Process

1. Email info@weddifly.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Our team will validate the request and share return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to our address using the recommended courier.
4. After receiving and inspecting the item, refund/exchange will be initiated.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.
